Her small sculpture won second place, and we can't help but to think that the mixed media had something to do with it!
Melissa used Part Dots in the center of each of the light bulbs so that they would glow! LOVE IT!! I think every balloon and flower in the world should Blink and Glow with Party Dots, but I may be a little bit biased.
Her Angry Birds parody also won second place for the medium sculpture. My kids said they want this one for their room.
Third place on her uninflated sculpture, a beautiful monarch butterfly created with balloons. Someone there loved it so much they walked off with it.
